What is it: a fare for local farmers who produce ecological food in the same region.
Story: My partner at Bolotov.Dacha&Village is a big supporter of the healthy local farm food and cooperation. In 2015 he open first russian locavore restaurant "Mark&Lev" where everything is from the local suppliers. For them, local farmers, we created a agrohub Lavka-Lavka, where Bolotov.Fare is place to hand out, buy some food and eat. I was invited to lead the team of those who creates atmosphere, design, pr etc.
What have I done: found a team of people who are in charge of design, events, pr, development etc.
